Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights of the designs that win a prize at the competition belong to the participants. If Duyar Vana A.Þ. wishes, it buys the intellectual property rights of participants that have won a prize or not, for an amount of 10.000 YTL, and the participants accept this. Therefore Duyar Vana A.Þ. has a preferential right for a duration of six months after the competition results are announced.
By participating in the competition, all participants accept their projects to be exhibited and published. All projects will be kept for a period of one year after the announcement of the results for the purpose of exhibiting, publishing and documentation. Duyar Vana A.Þ protects the confidentiality of the projects.
The projects besides those the intellectual property rights of which are bought by Duyar Vana A.Þ. can be collected from the Duyar Vana A.Þ. contact address between the dates 2-9 June 2007. Duyar Vana A.Þ. is not responsible for the projects that are not collected within these dates.
By participating in the competition, the participants accept the competition conditions.
